Did this product arrive as described? If not, in what ways can we improve?

As my account will show. I am trying to find that perfect fit....Still not right. But I spent over $400.00 at a eye doctor's and they are never worn. At least, this way, there is more hope to make the right chose. The eye doctor just told me.....oh, you'll get used to them. At my ripe age of 73, I know what I can get used to and it wasn't their1 glasses. So I'll keep trying. Thank you for caring.
