Never received a shipping email and so I called a week after I ordered and they told me the shipment was en route. They arrived the next day. Would have appreciated a shipping email and tracking number."

"Glasses are ok. . . but don't fit me properly. Over the past month, I've sent 5 emails to the service dept asking how to return, but never received a response. I've given up. Now I'm stuck with glasses that I can't use. Unless you know for sure which ones fit properly, don't order!"
