I was perfect at seeing far sighted. Just needed to see closer and decided to get an RX. Well I didn’t want to keep taking them on and off to read, so eventually just kept them on all day. Now I can’t even see far sighted without them! I am so mad that I didn’t just use them to read.nwhat they are saying is false. It does make your eyes lazy and screws them up even worse!

The television won’t likely hurt you significantly, but keeping your lens at only one distance for hours will, which may be the result from obsessive TV watching.

Exercising these muscles is as easy as using your thumb or a stick-like object to zoom in and out your eyes’ focal point. Just play airplane with your thumb and eyes (yes, it may feel silly, but it’s helped my eyes as I do it regularly and was taught to by my doctor at a young age).

earlier sight was .5 and i used glasses for few days and later i did not use them. later consulting after few months found that again sight was increased. does it occur that if i use for few days and later if i dont use .. my sight will grow ?
