Talk about progressive! The Channing Blended Bifocal Computer Reader is one-of-a-kind. A rounded, retro plastic frame with spring hinges comes in a variety of fun or basic colors. The dual powered lenses reduce neck strain while reading, while an anti-glare coating helps combat glare from your computer screen. The computer reader lenses include your regular reading power along the bottom of the lens, while the top of the lens is optimally adjusted for middle vision, all with the benefit of a blended look. Matching case is included. Made by ComputerEyed.

Please note: These readers contain 2 powers. The bottom power is for regular reading, while the top power is used for computer work. The top power is typically half of the power you select for the bottom. To order these unique dual powered computer glasses, simply select the power you typically use for reading from the drop down menu.

Optics may be slightly distorted around the blended border as with all blended, round segment bifocals.

Cannot see out of these! The magnification spot is way too low and the mid-range is non-existent from what I can see. Packing to send these back.

These glasses were the perfect solution to having to swap back and forth between two pair of glasses. I loved them. I could read the computer screen, my phone, my iPad, and printed documents with just one pair of glasses. Miraculous! rnrnI read some other reviews that said the frames were not high quality, and when these glasses arrived, I agreed. The frames are more on par with the $5 readers you buy at discount stores. I loved the glasses and vowed to be very, very careful with them. I'd slip them back into the case as soon as I was finished wearing them.rnrnBut accidents happen. One drop to the floor and a bow broke off. I only had these glasses for about a week. For the price, I was expecting a sturdier frame. rnrnIn summary, these glasses are great for work use, but you have to remember to treat them like fine china.

    Pros
    Accurate Magnification, Lightweight, Comfortable

I guess I see why these have been discontinued. Nothing about these worked. Everything was off. Couldn't see a thing out of the. Also very expensive.

I get compliments all the time. Strangers on the elevator, judges in the courtroom. rnrnThey are the only solution for reading at a computer. Reduced glare but then when you need to read hard copy, instant magnification.

Love the blue frames . I was expecting them to be real types.... I.e. Magnifying a little on the bottom and regular on the upper lense. That is where I made my mistake. I want to use them for work and wanted to be able to see across the room which is very important as I am a waitress. I have to wear them on the bottom of my nose and look over which is not the look that I expect .other than that they're cute as can be and I will continue to try and use them. Great for the computer.

Love the blended bifocals concept. Wish readers.com had more blended's avail in fun colors and frames -- and for narrow faces. Overall well built but treat them kind. The bifocal portion is generous enough to not go googly-eyed but do take getting used to. No lines = awesome. Refreshing not to have to switch between 2 pairs of glasses to see.

Received today. Pleasantly surprised. Very light weight. Love the clear frame. Love the gradual vision change from close up reading to computer. Is a little to pricey.

Both lenses are loose in the frames. I was disappointed in the look for the price they cost. The frames look very cheap and the finish is dull and ugly. Because of the price, I thought they would be stylish. Maybe clear nail polish will solve the dull finish problem.
