Tracking says my package was delivered but it’s not here. What do I do?
If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, please reach out to your local carrier depot, typically your local Post Office. Often, these carriers can provide additional information based on GPS tracking for where the package was when it was marked delivered. If the package is unable to be located, we’ll file a lost package claim on your behalf.
