These bifocal sunglasses surprised me by exceeding my expectations. When I first put them on I thought Readers had sent me the wrong product. They appeared to be regular sunglasses, no magnification. It wasn't until I tilted my head back slightly that the reading lens came into play. This is exactly what I wanted for riding motorcycles, the ability to see the small clock on the instrument panel of my Triumph Tiger 800 which, without correction, is a blur. I couldn't be more pleased and am giving theses glasses a full 5 stars. Rare for me.rnrnA note that might be worth considering. Some reviewers felt the magnifying portion of the lens was too big, that it got in the way. My experience was the opposite. For me, it is just right and I will likely get another pair for night riding. Try them. If they don't work for you Readers let's you return them.

I did buy this product again & again.7/27/2017

I really liked the style and color of these glasses and have purchased several so I can have them in several places. Like others mentioned the magnifier could be a smidgin lower. I have may comments on my 'cool' sunglasses from the younger generation.

Better than I imagined 5/29/2017

These are really great glasses. When I'm outside these are the glasses I wear. Plus, my daughter thinks they are very cool. Smartest choice I've made. And since I'm a "Hoosier " I'm happy buying from an Indiana company.

Gradient Lens Tint6/10/2016
Comments

It wasn't mentioned in the description, but these glasses have a gradient lens tint; the lens tint is much darker at the top than at the bottom. Depending upon your application, this may or may not be desirable.

I was disappointed. 6/2/2016
Comments

I was expecting a bifocal lens more like 'real' bifocals. These are just sunglasses with a small dot of power so low in the lens that I constantly tilt my head back to use them.

Daily motorcycle rider2/10/2016
Comments

I ride a motorcycle every day and depend upon being able to see various distances. They work well, but the the magnified area is a bit too high. The other pair I bought (Montana) have a better sized magnification area. The true colors of certain lights is altered by the lens (white LED lights appear lime green).

Great lens color, but one of the temples broke off on the first day on the job, so they ended up in the trash can. It could have been my fault, but I'm not buying these again.

Best for cloudy conditions, accurate optics7/27/2017
Comments

First impression as I've only had them for a few days. But, find they are too bright for sunny conditons, pretty good in cloudy. Tint of these glasses doesn't increase the contrast as a pair of hawaiian sunglass readers I have do (but they are 10x the price). rnOverall, I might buy again if I lose them, but am far less stressed if I do as compared to the expensive ones...rnThey would be better if the reader part were a little smaller - say 2mm less. They get in the way when driving unless you drop them down my nose more than I like. But not difficult to adapt.

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Lightweight
