I want to return them!

"I want to return them! They make my eyes feel crossed or strained or something wrong. I cannot wear them. It has been a completed dead end trying to get ahold of anyone for a return! The customer service emails all bounce back, the chat, automatically ends with the first message sent. The phone number is only a message saying to use the chat and then hangs up! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone!"
