"The case is simple and soft. Was worth the purchase. However, I'm giving it 4 stars vs 5 because, despite Readers. com encouraging connecting with them on all of their social media spots, they are non-responsive. The day after I made my purchase I connected with them to ask a question on my purchase and a current promotion, as they encouraged on their website. It's been more than 2 weeks since I asked the question (on Instagram) and I haven't gotten an answer or even an acknowledgement to receiving my question/message. What's the use of advertising the social media contacts and encouraging customers to contact them if you're not monitoring them? This is a waste of time to advertise them and for customers to contact. Considering not buying any other products because of this."
