In March, when Indiana's stay-at-home orders began due to COVID-19, our business was running as expected. In April, we saw a surge in orders like we’ve never seen before. The increase in orders, combined with a smaller team due to extra safety measures taken in our office and warehouse, created a significant challenge resulting in delays in shipping and customer support response times. I’m sorry if we let you down in any way during this time.

I’m proud to share—thanks to the hard work of our team—we are now shipping orders within our normal timeframes, and our Customer Happiness team is once again able to respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.
