Terrific for Musicians12/20/2016
Comments

I am a musician at my church and with a community chorale. Just recently I have been compelled to move to reading glasses. However, with standard reading glasses, reading the music and then looking up to see the conductor became problematic. I found these bifocal reading glasses by searching "reading glasses for musicians". It took a few days to get used to them but once I did, they are perfect. Having just sang a 2.5 hour concert of Baroque music, I highly recommend these to anyone who sings or plays a musical instrument.rn

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Lightweight, Sturdy, Comfortable, High Quality, True To Size

Great for tablet viewing/note taking6/21/2017
Comments

I have multiple readers and these were my first bi-focal readers (actually, one of two near pairs I purchased). I wear contact lenses and wanted an option that allowed me to keep the glasses on my face instead of having to take them off or look over the top in order to see at a distance. It has been difficult to adjust to do this just because of habit with standard readers, but I do appreciate my improved appearance.rnrnThe bifocal portion works great for reading and especially is wonderful for viewing my tablet while being able to see everything clearly when I look up from the tablet. I was able to wear these at a conference I recently attended and didn't have to keep removing my glasses or put them on my head - I just kept them on my face! That may seem like a small pro, but I loved it.rnrnThese haven't worked as well for computer use, as the screen is higher and I have to cock my head back to view through the bifocal. They definitely have their place and I'm glad I purchased them.

Worth considering vs strict reader5/7/2017
Comments

Glasses are nominally larger than general reader. The bifocal segment permits looking at distance without the usual, slide down nose or take off when looking at someone or distant object.

Accurate Magnification, Lightweight, Comfortable, True To Size

Just finished cataract surgery and needed help with reading vision. Could never get used to bifocals, and spent years taking reading glasses on and off or trying to look over the top of them. But these work great, got used to them instantly. You will know if the placement of the reading lens works for you right away.

I love these glasses. I grew tired of looking over my half readers. In business meetings I leave these glasses on for duration and be able to see both at a distance and close up. They affordable and the look great!

Great glasses with one suggestion5/22/2017
Comments

I use these glasses for work and everyday use. I think that they are great, but I would like to suggest that the bi focal part could be just a little bit larger. That would make them perfect.
