The width was not as advertised, and the options available for wider faces are severely limited site-wide. After a few days wearing these, pain on the tops of my ears caused me to retire them from daily use. I now maintain them as a reserve pair. They hurt too much to wear daily.rnrnI am very surprised how few options on the website have spring loaded hinges. Such hinges always make reading glasses more comfortable for us wider faced consumers. Even the cheapos at Sam's offer spring loaded frames. (But Sam's does not offer my magnification, that is 2.25. All their stuff is 2.00 or 2.50.)rnrnI offer this as constructive criticism: Can Readers.com produce more wider faced options and incorporate spring loaded hinges into more designs?rnrnIt would make a LOT of difference.

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Sturdy, High Quality, Scratch Resistant
Cons
Heavy, Uncomfortable, Not True To Size

Nice design, poorly made7/11/2016
Comments

I ordered two pair, which fit me very well (I have a large noggin, hat size 7 3/4) and looked very stylish. However, both broke within a month, in the exact same place - a hinge got bent and/or a screw came out. Happily, Readers.com shipped me two replacements at no charge (great service); unhappily, the two new pairs both broke at the same place within two months. Even before they broke, they seem to have a problem with the screws working lose from the hinges, and these are large, non-standard screws that no glasses shop in town could replace - so if the screw comes out, you better find it!

This pair of glasses are not made for a fat head like mine.2/10/2016
Comments

They work fine for reading small print but frame does not fit my fat head. Can't blame glasses for the size of my head. I tried to get the largest available but haven't found them yet. Not the end of the world.

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Lightweight, Sturdy, High Quality

Great for the price7/20/2016

Bought two pairs of these-- especially like the look of the black and clear stripe. Wide enough but the stems were short-- had to bend them "flatter" to reach my ears (simple to do-- just dip the end in boiling water for a couple seconds, then bend). The lenses are very good-- accurate magnification, and very clear (much better than drug store readers I've bought).

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Sturdy, Stylish
Cons
Heavy

Excellent glasses6/4/2016
Comments

These are excellent reading glasses. The frames are sturdy without being heavy, and the lenses are extremely well made—very sharp. And they are big enough to fit comfortably on a wide face.

Love these!5/13/2016

These glasses are well made, solid and sturdy, I have a wider face and have a hard time finding reading glasses that fit well with my face. These are perfect for a man or women and look very cool. They are comfortable and have a snug fit without causing a headache, they stay put and don't slide down your nose.

Pros
Accurate Magnification, Sturdy, Comfortable, High Quality, Stylish, True To Size
