To demonstrate our commitment to happiness, you may return your purchase to us in original condition within 90 days of the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price including tax (shipping charges excluded) or for an exchange. Purchases made during a Buy One Get One Free ("BOGO") offer can be returned for an exchange or refund. See BOGO rules. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to us. For an exchange, we pay for the cost of shipping new products to a U.S. address; non-U.S. addresses will incur applicable shipping charges. Returned wholesale orders will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Customizable reading glasses (typically ordered with different powers in each eye) are not returnable.

How to Order
Placing an order with Readers.com™ is quick and easy.
Add Items to Your CartTo shop at Readers.com, just locate an item you'd like to purchase, select the power and color, and click the "Add to Shopping Cart" button. These buttons are found on all product pages. Clicking this button places the item in your Shopping Cart. Each time you click "Add to Shopping Cart," you will see a popup screen notifying you the item has been successfully added to your Shopping Cart.
View Shopping CartThe Shopping Cart displays all the items you have selected and lets you make adjustments. You can increase or reduce the number of items you'd like to buy, edit the power and color, or remove items from your Shopping Cart. It also provides a subtotal -- before any shipping charges and taxes are applied -- for your purchase. On this page you can enter in any coupon code you may have for your order. Once you're comfortable with the items in your Cart, click the "Secure Checkout" button.
Checkout As Guest or Login to Your AccountIf you have purchased from us before and created an account at that point in time, you can log in to your account now. If not, you can always use our Guest Checkout feature. Please note, if you check out as a guest, you will not be able to view your previous orders online. However, our team can always pull up any previous orders as needed.
Enter Shipping & Billing InformationWe'll ask you to provide shipping and billing information for the order you are placing with us. We also allow you to order by phone if you prefer.
Select Shipping MethodOnce you enter in your shipping information, shipping rates will be displayed. Select the shipping method that works best for you. If your order qualifies for free standard shipping, please select USPS First Class. All listed delivery timeframes are estimates only.
Reviewing Your OrderNext, it's time to review the items in your order to be sure you've selected the correct quantity, power, and color. The price of each item is listed, as well as your order total including shipping and any applicable tax. If you have a coupon code, be sure it has been applied to your order. If it has not, click the red link to enter it at this time. Once you're satisfied with the items in your cart and your total, move on to the next section.
Enter Payment InformationSelect your preferred method of payment â€” credit card, PayPal or Readers.com e-gift card. Enter in the required information and double check to be sure all information is accurate.
Reviewing and Placing Your OrderYou're almost done! Next, you'll want to review all the information on the page, including the final cost. When you are ready, click "Place My Order" to complete the ordering process.
Your Order NumberFinally, we display an order confirmation page with your order number, which you can save for your records. Shortly after this page displays, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
After your order is completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will contain your order number. This email is your receipt, so please make sure to keep it in a safe place. We encourage you to review the email and contact us if you notice any spelling or numerical mistakes, and we'll make those changes right away.
If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your email address and phone number in all correspondence.
Modifying Your Order
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We are unable to cancel an order once it has shipped. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. We will do our best! If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our return policy for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been packaged and left the warehouse, we will send you another email notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the UPS Tracking Number or USPS delivery confirmation number. With that information, you will be able to track your shipment by visiting www.ups.com or www.usps.com.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. Your card is debited at time of purchase.
To pay by money order, simply add the items you want to purchase into our online shopping cart. Click the "View Shopping Cart" button and type in your name and address. Then click on the "Update" button. Simply print out the web page and mail it to us at this address:

CVV stands for Card Verification Value (sometimes called CID &mdash card identification number, or CVC &mdash card verification code), and it is one of the ways that merchants and card issuers are working together to increase credit card security. The number is a 3-digit code on the back of your VISA, MasterCard and Discover branded credit and debit cards above the signature strip, and it is a 4-digit code on the card above the embossed number on American Express cards. It never appears on receipts or imprints of your card. For your protection, we do not store CVV numbers in your records, even if we store your main credit card number. You will need to enter your CVV each time you make a purchase.
Sales tax is charged on applicable orders and is based on your local and state tax rates.
