Needed a bifocal with clear glass above after cataract surgery. These seemed great at first, but they slide down my nose and need pushed up constantly. Also, there is a glare around the reading lens, almost as if it's trying to separate from the glasses.

Pros
Lightweight, Sturdy
Cons
Uncomfortable, Scratch Easily

I bought these mainly for driving on cloudy days. For sunny days I was able to purchase bifocal sunglasses locally.rnThe frame is higher than I expected (I should have noted that when I ordered).rnHowever, my main problem was with the height of the lower (reading) portion. It comes too high for everyday use, much less for driving. I can't look straight ahead without see partly through the reading portion.rnThey are somewhat usable if reading in bed or sitting on recliner with head propped up.

Pros
Accurate Magnification

second pair not defective10/31/2016
Comments

The first pair of these I ordered had a defective hinge which caused them to feel too big and uncomfortable, in spite of me selecting custom sizing. I didn't complain in time for customer service to do anything, but I wanted to try a second pair just to see if the first pair was, indeed, defective. My second pair is perfect, and I am pleased.
