Free Shipping Qualifications

All orders over $30 within the United States receive free USPS First-Class Mail shipping. Please note that this $30 total does not include tax. All orders over $50 within Canada and Australia receive free USPS First-Class International shipping. If you do not select USPS First-Class Mail for U.S. orders and USPS First-Class Mail International for orders shipping to Canada and Australia, you will incur additional shipping fees (please see below).

Shipping Methods

All products, with the exception of Coyote Polarized Readers and MultiView Computer Readers, are shipped from our warehouse in Greenwood, Indiana, via USPS. Shipping options are listed below with estimated delivery times. Please note, your delivery estimate does not begin until the day after your order ships from our warehouse. The USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Please note processing time will be extended up to 7 business days for all orders including customizable reading glasses and felix + iris reading glasses. In addition, all items in your order will be shipped from our warehouse at the same time. Thus, if you order customizable or felix + iris reading glasses and additional items from our site, all items could ship at the same time and will take an additional 7 business days for processing.

  • Order Pick-Up: FREE pick-up from front desk in Greenwood, IN (1300 Windhorst Way, Ste A, Greenwood, IN 46143) with your order confirmation email. Same-day pick-up available between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday if your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday and pick-up available any business day following order placement between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET.
  • First-Class Mail (estimated 3-5 business days): $3.95 or FREE for orders over $30 (total does not include tax) being shipped within the United States.
  • Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 business days): $5.95
  • Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days): Cost is based on location and weight. Rates start at $13.09.
  • UPS Mail (UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, UPS Next Day Air): Cost is based on location and weight and is calculated when you check out.
  • Priority Mail Express International (estimated 3-10 business days): Cost is based on location and weight. Rates start at $27.71.
  • International Fully Tracked Goods (estimated 8-15 business days): Cost is based on location and weight. Rates start at $5.95.
  • International Partially Tracked Goods (estimated 12-25 business days): Cost is based on location and weight. Rates start at $3.95 or FREE for orders over $50 shipping to Canada and Australia.

You will be able to choose your shipping method on the checkout page. If you'd like to pick-up your order from our Greenwood, IN location, simply select "Pick-Up" at checkout. Same-Day Shipments and Pick-Up Before 2:00PM ET

All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday will be shipped from our warehouse on the day the order is placed.* If you order after 2:00 p.m. ET on Friday, or anytime on Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday, your order will ship the following business day. Please note, your delivery estimate does not begin until the day after your order ships from our warehouse. For example, if you choose Priority shipping, your 2-3 estimate begins the day after the product is shipped; if you order on a weekend or a holiday, the delivery estimate begins the following business day.

We offer same-day pick-up from our location in Greenwood, IN if your order is placed before 2:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday. If you select the "Pick-Up" option at checkout, you're welcome to visit our office between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET Monday-Friday on the day you place your order or any business day following your order placement between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. ET. You will need to bring an electronic or printed version of your order confirmation email to authorize pick-up.

Shipments for Coyote Polarized Readers and MultiView Computer Readers may be delayed, as these products ship directly from the supplier. Order processing for customizable and felix + iris reading glasses will also be extended up to 7 business days. These items do not qualify for same-day shipping.

International Orders is pleased to offer international shipping! Estimated delivery times and costs depend on shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed. The international shipping options we offer include:

  • Priority Mail Express International

    Packages shipped using USPS Priority Mail Express International usually arrive within 3-10 business days and are insured against loss or damage at no additional cost. Priority Mail Express International rates start at $27.71 and are non-refundable. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery.

  • Priority Mail International

    USPS Priority Mail International usually arrives within 8-15 business days, and rates begin at $6.95. Items shipped via this method are not insured against loss or damage, but can be tracked all the way to delivery at your door.

  • First-Class Mail International

    Packages shipped using USPS First-Class Mail International usually arrive within 12-25 business days, and rates start at $3.95. Orders over $50 sent to Canada and Australia qualify to receive free First-Class Mail International shipping. Please note that shipping tracking is not available with First-Class Mail International, and your package will not be scanned once it leaves the United States. Items shipped via this method are not insured and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please choose USPS Priority Mail Express International if you need to track your package from our door to yours.

While most international packages are delivered within 14 days, in rare instances, delays of up to 6 weeks have been experienced once the package has left the United States. All customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. does not have control over delays through customs, customs duties, or import fees and is unable to predict their cost. Customs policies vary from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. To provide safety and security for all online shoppers, international customers may be asked to fax a copy of their photo identification and both sides of their credit card before their order is processed.

Order Verification

Here at, we care about the security of our customers financial information. In an effort to limit fraudulent transactions, all international orders, regardless of payment method, will be screened through our order verification process. Doing this allows us to continue to provide the low-cost, excellent service our customers expect. As part of this process, additional time may be needed to ship certain international and domestic orders, and additional verification information might be requested from the customer before orders can leave our warehouse. We appreciate your cooperation as we strive for customer happiness all over the world.

Military Addresses

We love shipping to our military friends! Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery time to military addresses. It takes 1-3 days for Priority Mail to arrive at the primary military post office, and 2-9 days for First-Class Mail. From there, the package is under the control of the military mail system. Your order should arrive in about the same amount of time as other packages from the U.S. (in most cases, 7-14 days). The actual transit time depends on where you are stationed. Order Tracking

Packages shipped within the United States are shipped with a delivery confirmation number. This means your tracking information will not be available until your order has been delivered. It is not uncommon for packages to show only confirmation of delivery, and not an origin scan. Please be aware that the USPS provides only a delivery confirmation service for most destinations, not a tracking service. USPS delivery confirmation services are designed to be a low-cost alternative to full tracking and primarily provide delivery information. Confirmation of delivery or attempted delivery is provided. Information is generally available on the evening of the date of delivery or attempted delivery.

Lost Shipments

All shipments will be considered lost if they have not arrived after 20 business days. Orders lost due to incomplete address information provided by the customer are the responsibility of the customer and, unfortunately, not eligible for a refund.

Incorrect Addresses

We want to make sure our packages get to you as quickly and painlessly as possible. Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address may be assessed a 20% surcharge.

Guaranteed Delivery

We guarantee that your package will be delivered to the address you provided to us. If your package is lost by the carrier, we'll replace it free of charge!

Every package we send has a delivery confirmation number. This is our proof of delivery. If your package is lost, and the carrier cannot give us confirmation of delivery, we will send you a replacement of your order at no cost to you. (If the carrier has proof of delivery, yet you did not receive your package, you will need to file a claim directly with the carrier using the delivery confirmation number we will provide for you.) This guarantee does not cover replacement of items damaged by incorrect handling or carelessness. All replacement orders will be mailed via USPS First-Class Mail.


  1. Please allow enough time for the carrier to deliver your package. In the case of the USPS, it can take up to 20 business days to deliver your package. Please wait the required amount of time before notifying us of an undelivered package.
  2. Please notify us by email if your package has not arrived or if you received damaged merchandise.
  3. If the carrier can provide confirmation that the package was delivered, we will be unable to send a replacement. Please make sure to check with neighbors, the front office, other family members, or those in your apartment complex who might have gotten the package by mistake.
